▪ Achieved Top 5% Performance in the 11th Corporate Governance Evaluation

GMTC has demonstrated solid governance capabilities. This year’s Corporate Governance Evaluation assessed companies across four major dimensions: protecting shareholder rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, strengthening board structure and operations, enhancing information transparency, and promoting sustainable development. A total of 75 indicators were used to comprehensively evaluate corporate governance performance. Despite the increasing number of evaluated companies and the progressively stringent evaluation criteria, GMTC has continued to maintain outstanding performance—further proving its leadership position in corporate governance and its long-term commitment to putting effective practices into action.
